With a load capacity of up to 40 kg unwrapped, 35 kg wrapped instruments as well as up to 7 kg textiles, the Cliniclave 45 offers considerably more performance than most comparable large autoclaves. The cylindrical sterilization chamber, in combination with specially designed insert racks, offers optimal solutions for all applications.
The patented technology of a double-walled sterilization chamber used in the Cliniclave 45 and the resulting fast operating times make the Cliniclave a decisive component in instrument reprocessing.
The slide rail integrated in the sterilization chamber makes loading and unloading the Cliniclave 45 extremely easy. This means that the various loading configurations can be ergonomically and quickly inserted into and removed from the Cliniclave 45 without any effort.
The extra-large color touch display allows intuitive operation, fast program selection and helps to avoid errors. The integrated software for documentation, release and traceability saves costs and enables seamless safety.
The particularly economical use of resources was one of the main tasks in designing the Cliniclave 45. Low consumption of electricity and water thanks to a well thought-out development concept make the Cliniclave 45 one of the most economical, compact and also lightest large autoclaves.

- The program-specific drying times ensure very good drying of the sterile items when the specified load quantity is taken into account.
- For particularly difficult drying tasks, the drying time can be extended by 50% by activating the additional drying function.
