Cosmos® Wound Cleansing and Care Spray mechanically cleans wounds, removing dead tissue, dirt and microorganisms. The surfactants contained in the colorless, fragrance-free spray allow for easy and painless cleaning.

Thanks to its cleansing and moisturizing effect, Cosmos® Spray supports the wound healing process. It contains an ingredient with antibacterial effect (PHMB 0.1%), thanks to its antimicrobial effect it offers an ideal solution for preventing the formation of biofilms that inhibit wound healing, and protects against multidrug-resistant pathogens (e.g. MRSA, VRE) and fungi.
It is well tolerated by allergy sufferers and diabetics, and can also be used by children and people with sensitive skin.

Details

It is suitable for cleaning and treating the wound surface in case of infected or uninfected wounds before dressing, and for painless removal of contaminated and dried dressings adhering to the wound. Thanks to the special design of the spray nozzle, it is also suitable for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
