This Steinberg benchtop centrifuge allows you to perform laboratory tests with precision and provides professional assistance for a wide range of laboratory tasks. The speed can be adjusted as required and the ten preset speeds make the laboratory centrifuge easy to use.
The lightweight and compact design allows convenient transport of the electric bench centrifuge. The small size of the laboratory centrifuge makes it an ideal choice for tight working spaces where space is an important consideration. The timer makes it easy to set the desired operating time, which can vary between 0 and 99 minutes, so that the centrifuge stops automatically after the set time has elapsed, saving unnecessary waiting time. If you need to run for longer than 99 minutes, you can simply activate the continuous mode. Settings are easy to make using the sanitizable control panel and values are always clearly visible on the digital display.
In addition to the standard 24 x 10 ml rotor, this set also includes an extra rotor for 4 x 50 ml tubes. Whether you need 10 ml or 50 ml, the laboratory centrifuge will always provide accurate results. Use the 500 W electric drive of the centrifuge to process 24 10 ml tubes simultaneously with the built-in rotor. If you replace the built-in rotor with the extra rotor, you can process 4 tubes of 50 ml each.
The speed can be controlled via the microprocessor between 300 and 5000 rpm, generating a maximum relative centrifugal acceleration of 4730 xg. With the laboratory centrifuge, you can choose the most suitable rotational speed for a given sample: the adjustable speed generates the right centrifugal force and reliably separates solid particles from the liquid, which is then simply decanted.
The lid with alarm function protects samples from contamination. Except for the alarm function, the electric centrifuge is quiet and trouble-free, so you can operate the machine in the laboratory without any noise. The bench centrifuge is protected against excessive speed.
