Long-term ECG monitoring is required in the clinical field to allow detection and timely treatment of intermittent arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats. The AT-Patch works for up to 14 days (in active mode) with a single single use button battery. Its high power consumption efficiency enables uninterrupted, long-term ECG monitoring and makes it maintenance-free.

ATsens has deployed its technology to optimize the device for wearable and ambulatory ECG monitoring. The AT-Patch is compact in size and weighs only 13 g. This patch-type device provides a more comfortable experience.

The AT-Patch provides a shower-proof function. It meets the IP57 rating requirement so it can be exposed to sprayed water. This feature designed for patients helps improve the quality of patient interaction while wearing. It works naturally in the shower.

With the ATSens AT-Patch 14-day Holter ECG, it is now possible to continuously monitor patients' heart function for up to 14 days. Unlike the traditional Holter ECG, which has a measurement time of 24-48 hours, the AT patch can also be used to diagnose rare cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, which is usually only detected after 10 days. This significantly reduces the risk of sudden cardiac death.

The AT patch records the QRS axis, device temperature and heart rate in addition to the ECG signal. An interface app, available for iOS and Android devices, allows the patient to record symptoms and activity status throughout the test. The AT-Report software, in turn, supports doctors in evaluating the collected ECG data, analysing it using its own analysis rhythm and saving abnormalities such as anomalies in a separate file. Furthermore, the software not only allows real-time monitoring, but also the generation of reports in PDF format.

To use, the 14-day Holter ECG is simply applied to the patient's skin with the self-adhesive bottom surface. It offers a high level of comfort for both men and women and impresses with its high level of patient cooperation. During the entire monitoring period, the wireless device does not disturb the patient as it does not restrict freedom of movement, meets IP57 protection class and can therefore be worn in the shower. During physical exertion, the compact and ultra-lightweight Holter ECG allows ECG recordings free of artificial products.
