Thanks to the patented adjustable valve technology, medicines of different viscosities can be easily dispensed. The adjustable valve technology allows the user to set the atomization rate himself and vary it between 0.1 ml/min (closed) and 0.3 ml/min (open). It allows for uniform particle size. With the higher nebulization rate (fully open condition), drugs with higher viscosity can be administered, yet with the lower nebulization rate, drugs can be administered to children/infants, as their lung capacity does not yet allow for high inhalation capacity. Adjustable valve technology is particularly recommended for respiratory disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma. It is also particularly recommended when intensive use is required.
