When the air outside gets colder, colder, winter is coming, we start heating our homes, which means the relative humidity decreases. A dry environment is not good for you. To counteract this, Fred the humidifier provides the steam to make you feel comfortable in your own home or office again. Fred is able to emit germ-free steam, which means that it is free of minerals and bacteria. With its metal-coated legs, it stands firmly and is almost impossible to tip over.
NOTE: Do not operate the Fred humidifier with descaled water! Descaling systems use the ion exchange principle (adding salt to the water). In the case of Fred, salt can lead to malfunctions and subsequent leaks in the unit.
