The OBT 104 binocular transmitted light microscope is a high-quality and robust school microscope. It is suitable for thin, high-contrast, less demanding preparations. Translucent plant tissues, stained cells and parasites can be viewed in school lessons and training thanks to the clear controls. Continuously dimmable illumination, a height-adjustable and thus focusable 1.25 Abbe condenser with aperture diaphragm ensure optimal light focusing. The power supply is via cable or battery operation - this makes the OBT 104 also suitable for mobile use.
