- Because Melgisorb Ag contains alginate, it may help control minor bleeding from surface wounds.
- This product can also be used under compression bandages.
- Melgisorb Ag can also be used to treat infected wounds or wounds where there is an increased risk of infection under the medical supervision of a healthcare professional.
