In vitro semi-quantitative diagnostic method for general health monitoring, detection of metabolic disorders, liver, kidney and haemolytic diseases.
During illness or dysfunction of the body, the urine undergoes a number of changes before the blood composition changes significantly. Urinalysis is a useful indicator of health or disease and is therefore part of routine health screening.
Suggested use:
Urine Reagent Test Strip is a plastic strip containing test zones with different reagents. The test is designed for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of the following analytes in urine: ascorbic acid, glucose, bilirubin, ketone, specific gravity, blood, pH, protein, urobilinogen, nitrite and leukocytes. Urine Reagent Test Strips (Urine) are single-use and can be used in point-of-care and central laboratories. The test strip is designed to detect the specific analyte(s) indicated on the box. To read the results, compare the colour of the test strip with the colour of the corresponding analyte on the colour chart on the box.
