Cards designed for visual acuity testing of young children in ring binder format.
Set of cards (12): one side with one of the "ammon" (fork) signs of the Kettessy chart, the reverse side with one or more of the drawings from the summary card, with similar visualisation.

Each card is marked with the viscosity value of the ammon sign it bears.
Summary card: shows the drawings on the back of the card series.
Auxiliary card: with a miniature drawing of the standard "ammon" sign Kettessy.
The edge of the card also shows the visuale of the illustrations, so that the examiner can identify where the signs on the cards are located on the wall chart.
Procedure for the examination:
The examination should be conducted in a well-lit room. It should be well lit and in a bright light.
The child should be in a well-lit environment.
The young child should be seated at a distance of 3 m from the person conducting the test.
If possible, the examiner should also sit.
If the child is willing to point to the direction of the 'Ammon' signs on the consecutive cards, the test may be performed by holding up the signs in descending order of size, as usual on the blackboard.
